It’s Time for DEI 2.0 when all forms of hate and violence are rejected. This is the business of business.

Since the George Floyd murder, businesses and non profits have developed to one extent or another policies and processes  to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). When the war in the Middle East began it unleashed  an unprecedented level of barely repressed hate. And current DEI policies and practices are woefully insufficient at protecting the targets of hate and violence. These policies need to be updated or completely eliminated. I’ve been advocating DEI 2.0 where no hate speech no hateful acts are tolerated. Please read my opinion piece recently published in MarketWatch.
